Though Vickey Stamps is Oklahoma born, her mother-in-law was Arkansas born and as
Vickey states it "She was a good woman and provided me a strong link to the Ozarks!"
Vickey is a retired nurse and is currently a writer. "I love the Life in the Ozarks publication and am honored to
find my works in it from time to time," she says. In addition to writing Vickey has many hobbies that occupies
her time. She currently lives in Crescent City, California.
