Kathryn Ragan

Born Mary Kathryn Brady in Little Rock, Arkansas, Kathryn Ragan was fortunate to have parents who loved to read, especially her mother. By the time she was ten she knew that she wanted to write when she grew up, but college, marriage, children, civic activities, etc. always seemed to come first. She started by writing poetry, then vignettes and she writes about things or events that move her heart or soul. Because her writing is very personal, it is sometimes difficult to let others read it for it is akin to letting others know her inner being.

For a time, Kathryn lived in Mountain View, Arkansas, then moved back to Little Rock after her husband’s death. She currently works at the University At Little Rock Law Library where she is surrounded by wonderful books. She feels she has the perfect job!
